Today Salchi Metalcoat employs about 80 people in its plant in Burago Molgora.
30% of the employed people works in R & D and Quality Control.
Production is made in a modern plant, complying with the most update production techniques.
Production capacity is running currently at about 15 000 tons/year of liquid paints, inks and adhesives.
Salchi Metalcoat is operating according to the requirements of a Quality System ever since it was established in 1993.
The Quality Management System is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Salchi Metalcoat's commitment and principles for Environment, Health and Safety are described into the QHSE Policy Document; the related Management Systems are certified according to the UNI ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards.
Directly connected to the H&S management system Salchi Metalcoat's Board of Directors has approved and made operational the Organizational and Management Model as per Article 25 Septies Leg.Dec. 231/01 and the related "Code of Ethics".
The plant is regularly audited by leading multinational customers.
